Hopper Loaders

Yann Bang Hopper Loaders are vacuum type hopper loaders that will feed resin from 1kg/Hr - 2000kg/Hr.They all have stainless steel hoppers and are easily mounted on any hopper or directly on to processing machines.

They can have the blower hopper mounted or floor mounted where weight or height is a problem. With the floor mounted type there are small 2kg hoppers to 50kg hoppers and glass hoppers also.

Most models are supplied with paper filter cartridges to make them dust free. All come with hoses, stainless steel probes and electrical plugs. See below for model specifications.

MIB Tilt Base

MIB Tilt Base

This tilt base is designed to fit onto a plastics processing machine under the hopper loader base. It is hinged so that the hopper loader can be tilted back at any time for cleaning or inspection of the processing machine screw without removing the hopper loader from the processing machine. It has a sight glass and takes a magnet if required. These are an essential piece of equipment for every processing machine.
